Most land sales companies stop at the contract. You sign, they collect, you're left to figure out the next 18 months — pre-approval, builders, council, settlement, defects — on your own.

That's not how it should work. The land is roughly 10% of the journey. The other 90% is what determines whether your build comes in on time, on budget, and on the spec you signed up for.

Our Square exists to fix that. We sell premium residential land across South East Queensland. Then we connect you with the brokers, solicitors, builders, and inspectors who'll get you through the rest — vetted by us, no kickbacks, no high-pressure sales.

Every block we list, every specialist we recommend, has been independently vetted by our team. We don't take kickbacks from builders or commissions from brokers. Recommendations are based on fit — for you, not us.

If we can't explain it in a sentence, we shouldn't be selling it to you. Every contract clause, every council overlay, every variation cost gets translated to plain English. No legalese. No jargon.

From pre-approval to handover, you have one point of contact who knows your situation, your block, and your timeline. We coordinate the specialists. You make the decisions.
