Our buyers are about to make the largest financial decision of their lives. We owe them specialists who treat that decision with care, clarity, and competence. Our review checks four things:
Active credentials
Current QLD licence (broker, solicitor, QBCC builder, etc.). Current professional indemnity insurance with adequate cover.
Recent client work
Three references from clients in the last 12 months. We'll call all three, ask plain-English questions, and listen carefully.
Communication style
Buyers consistently rate "explained things in plain English" and "responded within 24 hours" as the difference between a good and great experience.
Value alignment
No upselling, no kickbacks, no high-pressure tactics. Recommendation must serve the buyer, not the specialist's commission structure.
