1. Standards

1.1 All content submitted to Our Square must be truthful, accurate, and not misleading; legal under all applicable Australian law; free of hate speech, threats, or content targeting a person or group on the basis of race, religion, sex, gender, sexuality, disability, or age; free of pornographic, obscene, or gratuitously violent material; free of material infringing any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other right; and free of malware or content designed to harm the platform or its users.

1.2 Content that is wholly or partly generated by artificial intelligence (including renders and generated imagery in listings) must be clearly labelled as such.

2. Prohibited conduct

2.1 You must not: publish defamatory content about any identifiable person; impersonate another person or verify an email address you do not control; send unsolicited commercial messages (spam); manipulate reviews, ratings, or engagement metrics; scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the platform; or engage in “doxxing”, releasing personal information of another person in a menacing or harassing manner (also a criminal offence under the Criminal Code Act 1995 (Cth)).

3. Intellectual property

3.1 By submitting content you warrant that you own the content or hold all necessary licences, and that its publication on Our Square does not infringe any copyright, trademark, or other IP right.

3.2 You grant Our Square a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use your content for the purposes of operating and marketing the platform, subject to the requirements of relevant Privacy Legislation. This licence survives your account’s deletion in respect of derivative or aggregated data (for example, the sold register).

4. Copyright complaints

4.1 If you believe content on Our Square infringes your copyright, email privacy@oursquare.com.au with: identification of the copyrighted work; identification and URL of the allegedly infringing material; your contact information; a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorised; and a statement that the information is accurate and you are authorised to act for the rights holder.

5. Enforcement

5.1 Our Square may, at its discretion and subject to applicable law: remove or hide content that breaches this Policy; suspend or terminate accounts of users who breach it; report unlawful conduct to authorities; and preserve or disclose content and account data as required by law.

6. Feedback, reports, and moderation

6.1 Our Square operates a feedback mechanism accessible to registered and anonymous users. Reports of Policy breaches may be submitted through it.

6.2 Reports are acknowledged within 2 business days and investigated within 14 days under the Review & Content Moderation Policy, including pre-publication screening of reviews for defamation risk. Where a report concerns a listed Specialist, the moderation procedure in clause 6 of the Specialist Listing Agreement applies, including the Specialist’s right of response. Reviews and ratings are statements of user opinion, not the views of Our Square.

6.3 False, malicious, or repeated frivolous reports may themselves constitute a breach of this Policy.
